Camie Fenton is a 24-year permanent resident of San Miguel de Allende, who is bi-lingual / cultural and brings the inherent cultural etiquette necessary to conduct successful real estate transactions in the UNESCO World Heritage City real estate market. She has served on multiple San Miguel NGO’s and was director the renowned summer Chamber Music Festival for 6 years coordinating with Bellas Artes San Miguel and Mexico City. She has “Colonial era” Mexican family in San Miguel and her love of San Miguel creates connections and solutions for her clients.

Lesley Fay is a ten-year resident of San Miguel de Allende, a UNESCO World Heritage City. She grew up in Southern California on an alfalfa and citrus farm in 4-H participating in cooking and entering her items in fairs. Due to their mother’s influence, she is a great cook and trained Chef. Her father gave her a deep love of animals and she grew up with many pets, many he brought home.

In 1980 she moved overseas to work for the Multinational Force & Observers of the Camp David Agreement. She spent 5 years in Cairo, Tel Aviv, Sharm el Sheik and Sinai. Upon returning to the US, she met Peter, a retailer in his family’s business Young Man’s Fancy in San Francisco. Peter and Lesley have embarked on numerous business ventures in their 35 years of marriage. Together with Peter, a real estate broker, Lesley enhanced their investment properties by using her design and consulting skills. Lesley has developed a reputation for transforming spaces into highly desirable homes.

In 2014, Peter and Lesley moved to San Miguel de Allende with their rescue Chihuahua, Arturo, and tortoiseshell cat, Roxie. Besides being a member of San Miguel Midday Rotary, Peter is actively involved in the community. Lesley engages with many rescue animal organizations. Adapting to a new culture and overcoming language barriers in Mexico required patience and perseverance but the real test is when they had to rebuild their business network from scratch. Their passion for real estate and design, as well as their commitment to San Miguel de Allende and community involvement, has helped them integrate quickly into San Miguel de Allende.

Lesley attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, the High Desert Feng Shui Institute in Taos, and the New York School of Design for Interior Design. As a result of her diverse educational background and work experience, she has a unique set of skills that enable her to serve her clients effectively.

Rob Johnson grew up on a farm in Oregon.  After high school he went to UC San Diego, and then on to University of Oregon to receive his masters in Landscape Architecture. Rob moved to San Miguel de Allende in 1995 and created Artful Gardens – a landscaping design, installation, and maintenance business. Rob operated Artful Gardens until 2023 when he sold it to Jhonny Guitterez, one of Artful Gardens most talented landscapers. During Rob’s time as the primary owner of Artful Gardens, he met and worked with nearly everyone in San Miguel de Allende. Rob is still the lead designer for Artful Gardens, while Jhonny and the crew implement the designs. Along with being a landscape designer, Rob is a home designer and builder who has built over 20 homes in San Miguel. As such, he knows the Real Estate business very well. He is a terrific addition to our team and supports the LGBT community in his business and personal life.
